Dear Rachel,

You are brilliant. The giant costco cupcakes you froze and gave me? Delicious mostly frozen on the way home from work! I have so much love for these cupcakes! What a nice way to end the day. I even slightly risked my life to take pictures of me with the cupcake, while driving! Such a multitasker ;)
